Just a few weeks after celebrating construction commencement at Larkview in Mount Barker, we’re pleased to share another milestone: construction is now underway at Dunhelen, our newest masterplanned community in Greenvale.

This marks a significant step forward for a tightly held suburb that has long needed new housing—and the local community has responded with enthusiasm. Nearly 70% of purchasers are from Greenvale and surrounding suburbs including Craigieburn, Donnybrook, Mickleham and Kalkallo, reflecting both strong local demand and a clear lack of new supply in the area.

With Stage One now sold out, we’ve appointed BMD Group to deliver civil works across the site. Earthworks and essential infrastructure are now commencing, laying the foundations for the first 44 lots to move toward homebuilding early next year.

Set across 29 hectares, Dunhelen will deliver close to 460 homes, connected by green links, leafy streetscapes and future community infrastructure, including a proposed primary school and local hub.
