Lately, we officially celebrated our exciting milestone of construction commencement at Larkview, our newest community in Mount Barker, with an onsite sod turning ceremony.

We’ve appointed national civil construction company Winslow to deliver bulk earthworks across our first four stages, paving the way for delivery of the community’s first 139 lots.

For the future Larkview homeowners, this is a moment that matters. Seeing construction commencing is real, tangible proof that the community is progressing exactly as planned.

It’s also a meaningful step forward for the Mount Barker region itself — a region where housing demand has consistently outpaced supply. Larkview is helping to address that, offering a range of lot sizes to create real opportunities for locals at every stage of life.
