This year marks 10 years of Jinding – a decade that began with small, early impacts and has rippled outward ever since, growing in reach with each passing year. Looking back on a strong first half of 2026, our strategic focus continues to deliver tangible results, building on the momentum of this milestone year.

Our communities are gaining real momentum, backed by strong buyer confidence. Larkview sales remain strong, with first homebuyers now making up 55% of purchasers – including our 100th buyer. At Dunhelen, 70% of buyers have come from neighbouring suburbs. Meanwhile, construction is now underway at Dunhelen, and Broadstead is taking shape in historic Kilmore.

On the Real Estate front, we broke our own Melbourne record with an $8.07M off the plan apartment sale and expanded our channel partnerships into Vietnam.

Across our teams and culture, we’ve continued to come together – strengthening the connections that define who we are.
