Samantha became General Manager – Capital following on from her role as Head of Capital and has been responsible for transforming the funding structures across all Jinding assets to ensure optimal efficiency of both debt and equity, laying the strong foundations that Jinding operates on today. Bringing international experience, Samantha developed her passion for capital analysis whilst working in Scandinavia for a datacentre company where she lead a team to secure multiple acquisition facilitating bonds to fund the company’s growth. Samantha has local experience in professional services and private real estate financing. Samantha is known for her positive can-do attitude to find creative solutions to commercial challenges. She is a role model across the business through providing mentorship and advocating the career development of her peers and colleagues, having launched a number of training initiatives. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting and International Business from Deakin University and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
