Sandy Miao joined Jinding in 2016 as one of the founding members as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Senior Business Development Manager. With her exceptional multilingual skills, Sandy provided an unrivalled “one-stop” customer experience, earning trust from business partners and key stakeholders through her high-quality service.
Sandy has extensive knowledge of property, migration, education, and wealth management complimented by her business acumen and marketing skill set.Returning to China for a few years, Sandy expanded her experience in developing a strong alliance with international partners in the property development, education, and trading industries in Asia Pacific. Sandy established a solid foundation for business relationships and customer service management from her experience as a Business Development Executive in the legal and education industries. She successfully facilitated cross-border partnerships for Australian businesses with organisations across Asia, including major cities in China, Korea, Taiwan and Thailand. Sandy has returned to Jinding as the Head of Customer Relations. Here, Sandy delivers services covering Concierge, Customer Experience, Migration & Education Assistance and VIP Offering. Sandy holds a Bachelor of Business from the Royal Melbourne Institution of Technology and is currently undergoing a Master of Business Administration coursework at Fudan University.
