A senior member of the leadership team, Andrew built his career working with leading Tier 1 builders and property developers before joining Jinding. His expertise across strategy, operations, capital raising and financial transformation has been instrumental in the Group’s success. As Chief Financial Officer, he leads the finance department and drives financial performance and productivity across the Group, combining deep technical knowledge with a strong appreciation of the demands of the property sector to deliver relevant and respected counsel to Jinding's executive team. Known for his positive and encouraging leadership style, Andrew is passionate about managing and mentoring people, fostering a high-performing team culture that supports the Group's broader objectives. He brings a considered and commercially grounded approach to every aspect of his role, balancing financial rigour with strategic vision. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Economics, from Monash University, and is a member of CPA Australia.
