Andrew quickly proved his strong expertise in leadership, strategy, finance, operations, and transformation with a keen interest in capital raising (both debt and equity) that underpin the ambitious growth plans of the business. Andrew has a passion for managing and mentoring people with a positive and encouraging style. He now leads the finance department in his role as Chief Financial Officer and drives the financial performance and productivity within the Group. Andrew successfully combines his technical and commercial knowledge with a strong appreciation of the demands experienced within the property sector, to offer relevant and respected advice to Jinding’s Executive. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce, Accounting and Economics from Monash University and is a member of CPA Australia.
