Ten Years of Jinding, Celebrated in Style
On the evening of October 22, we gathered our team, clients, partners, and friends for our 10th anniversary gala at 1 Hotels Melbourne, and it was a night to remember.
The evening was built around Impact That Endures – the idea at the heart of our next decade. It draws on two images from nature: the ripple, which starts small and keeps spreading outward, and the growth rings of a tree, each one a year of strength added from within.
Founder Mr Yin opened the evening with a reflection on where it all began – the founding team, the early years, and the people who have been with us since the start. CEO and Executive Director Jay Song followed with a heartfelt look at the journey so far, and a vision for the decade ahead. We were also honoured to hear from Deputy Lord Mayor Roshena Campbell, who shared a positive signal on the Melbourne property market – a timely reminder of why confidence in this city matters.
A film dedicated to the people of Jinding, live handpan music by Adrian Portia, and bespoke choreography by Stella Dance Company turned our journey of resilience, perseverance, and breakthrough into something everyone could feel. The atmosphere was filled with something beyond description – hope, inspiration, and a quiet sense of pride in what the Melbourne property industry is building together.
There were giveaways, plenty of laughter, dance, and a lot of catching up with the people who have shaped this business since 2016. Looking around, it was clear just how far those first ripples have travelled.
Thank you to everyone who joined us, and to the team who made the night happen.
Here’s to the next ten years.
