We’re pleased to announce that National civil contractor Winslow Constructors has been appointed to deliver our first phase bulk earthworks across Stages 1 – 4 at Larkview, our first community in South Australia.

With a proven track record in large-scale civil infrastructure and masterplanned communities across Australia, Winslow brings the capability, experience and momentum required to bring Larkview to life.

Delivery of the project is supported by Neoscape (Project Manager), Spiire (Civil Engineer), Alexander Symonds (Surveyor), Clover Green Space (Landscape Architects), and Oliver Hume Property Group (Selling Agency) whose expertise continues to play a key role in shaping this community.
