Our real estate team recently presented an investment opportunity with a difference to clients across our 14 Jinding offices in China.

Via a live webcast event from the comfort of our homes here in Melbourne we presented the Viapac Group’s OROS Hotel development in Oakleigh, Victoria.

The interactive presentation outlined details of the project which will offer all of the perks you’d expect to see in a 5 star hotel development, shared the vibe of The Fashion Capital – Chadstone Shopping Centre and highlighted the relaxed Oakleigh lifestyle. As an added bonus, investing in this project will also provide 14 days accommodation at any OROS Hotel worldwide.

This fantastic collaboration between our teams in Australia and China saw close to half of properties available reserved in just under an hour demonstrating the strength of our channel sales network.
