Deep Kotak joined Jinding in 2022 as General Manager – Funds Management with over 22 years’ experience in financial services and funds management. Deep has worked for and advised both global and domestic asset management firms across diverse asset classes, ranging from debt and fixed income to equities and real estate.

Prior to joining Jinding, Deep co-founded and was Managing Director of DC Capital Advisors; a specialist investment manager of a real estate portfolio worth over $360 million and advised on a large M&A transaction that involved the recapitalisation and takeover of a property funds management platform with assets under management of circa $1.1 billion. Deep also established a real estate funds management platform that grew to over $900 million across Australian commercial real estate, including hotels, office and retail, and has co-managed an office fund with assets worth circa $880 million.

Deep is responsible for the management of existing funds management products as well as researching, evaluating and introducing new investment opportunities. Deep holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and a Master of Science in Engineering Business Management, both from the University of Warwick.
